Refunds and Returns Policy
Due to the closure of our business, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or returns for any purchases, except in the case of faulty products.
Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sayhello@narrativelab.co. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund for the faulty item. Proof of purchase and evidence of the fault (e.g., photos or videos) may be required.
This policy applies to all orders placed on or after 11th of June, 2025. We appreciate your understanding as we wind down our operations.
